Temporary Policies and Procedures during the Covid Pandemic

Dear Parents,

We would like to welcome everyone to a new school year. As we are learning everyday new strategies to keep a safe and healthy environment we have made some changes to make the day to day school operations a safer environment.  

​

DROP OFF/  PICK UP

Parents/ Guardians will drop off and pick up students in the School entrance.  

Students will step in a disinfecting box to sanitize their shoes in order to enter the center. 

Student will have their temperatures checked. Temperature must be 100 or lower. 

Students will use hand sanitizer upon entering and escorted by a staff member to wash hands before entering their class. 

 

ILLNESS 

Students will not be permitted to school, if they have any symptoms of a cold/ flu. 

 

SNACK / LUNCH      

All snack or lunches must be brought in a disposable bag 

(BROWN PAPER BAG OR ZIP LOCK BAG)

FIELD TRIPS

There will be no field trips until the Covid epidemic is controlled.

BIRTHDAY 

All birthdays should be celebrated however, birthday celebrations will be limited to only immediate parent with a Covid Safety Clearance .   

All foods, cakes and goodies must be purchased and not home baked.   

 

SPECIAL EVENTS / HOLIDAY EVENTS

We will continue to celebrate all holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas,  however parents will be able to enjoy the activities and shows thru virtual, video or zoom.
